SINGAPORE DELIVERY

 

We offer free standard Singpost delivery for all orders within Singapore. Customers can choose to upgrade to Registered Singpost Mail with an additional fee of SGD$2.24

 

There are 2 shipping methods available.

  • Standard Singpost Mail (No Tracking)
    Your order will arrive approximately within 3 - 5 working days or longer from the day you place your order.

  • Registered Singpost Mail (With Tracking)
    Your order will arrive approximately within 3 - 5 working days or longer from the day you place your order.

 

Standard Singpost Mail

As tracking is not available for this, PRETTYSEOUL will not be held liable for any lost parcels/ damaged items mailed out via this mode of postage. Standard mails do get lost even with the correct address. We always do provide a return address. We do our part in handling the parcels, but there is a limit to what we can do after the parcel is dispatched. We strongly advise customers to opt for registered mail for a peace of mind.

 

Registered Singpost Mail

The parcels will be dispatched via Singpost and tracking numbers will be given to you once the item has been shipped.

 

For local orders, please allow your parcels up to 5 working days or longer to reach you. Do note that weekends and public holidays are not working days. 

 

For international orders (Malaysia & Brunei), parcels will arrive between 5-10 working days.

 

For international orders (Rest of the World), do allow the parcel 2-3 weeks for the parcels to reach you.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Your items will be packed and shipped within 24 working hours and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

  • Deliveries are usually done between 10 am to 6 pm, Monday - Friday except for public holidays. 

  • Orders place on Friday will be shipped out on the next Monday GMT +8.

  • Orders placed on a public holiday in Singapore will be shipped on the next working day

 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY


We ship worldwide via Singpost registered mail.

BACKORDERS


We are sorry for the out of stock items and will always try to bring back the popular pieces. As you may have already known, our accessories are carefully sourced from South Korea. Trends and design are fast moving in Korea and we can't always be guaranteed a restock or backorders. So do grab your favorite pieces while stock lasts. 

If you see any sold out the item without backorder option, you can drop us an email and we will try our best to get them for you.


The arrival time for different items differs and is usually 1 to 2 weeks or the timing stated under the individual product pages. No emails will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated but we will try to update as much as possible.

We accept Paypal and the following payment methods via Paypal: Visa and Mastercard.

A receipt and order confirmation will be emailed to you when the payment is successful. We will not be issuing another receipt together with the items sent.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Due to hygiene purposes, all accessories are strictly non-refundable, no exchange and not allowed for returns. But we do care about your shopping experience with us, so please drop us an email if there's any queries or feedback and we will try our best to work on it.

 

If the items are damaged during postage, do let us know. We always do check for defects before sending them out and bubble wrapped the precious lovelies with care. Do send us a picture of the defect by email and we will replace you a new pair or issue store credits if the item is out of stock.

  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Please read through the T&Cs. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. 

 

GENERAL
1. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. For all sales inquiries, kindly email us at hello@prettyseoul.com with your order number and we will try to reply as soon as possible.

3. All transactions will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
 

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY 
1. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. We regret to inform you that we are not able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed. 

2. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number.

    Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery or missing delivery.

    We will not be liable for items sent to a wrong shipping address provided. 

3. Our delivery days are on weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you really do need the item urgently, do contact us and we will see what we can arrange for you.

4. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).


PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND DEFECT

1. For printed items, please note the placement of prints may differ for every piece due to cut of material.

2. As they are handmade items, so different pieces may differ. 

3. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. 

4. We apologize if we have sent you a wrong/defective item.

    Kindly contact our return department at hello@prettyseoul.com about this issue and we will reply you within 2 working days upon receiving your item.
 

 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ACCESSORIES?

Due to the handmade nature, some of the accessories are more fragile. Please remove earrings gently from the back of the card carefully upon receiving your parcel.

 

To keep your accessories at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Accessories should never be worn in the shower, the pool or the ocean. Also pack accessories carefully for travel, we recommend always storing them in your carry-on luggage.

 

HYPOALLERGENIC

All of our earrings are hypoallergenic suitable for most sensitive skin. For super sensitive skin, we recommend not to wear earrings every day.
